Overview
Client: Rose Hill Garden is a Massachusetts-based floral design studio that was struggling with an outdated website that didn’t reflect the business anymore. The goal was to integrate the ability to order online and to show a more comprehensive sample of past work. She wanted to showcase a range of wedding themes offered, give helpful information about event, business and funeral services and make sure the site didn’t come across as too commercial since everything she designs is so custom.
Heading Name
Problem / Goals:
Integrate online shopping and creating product descriptions that evoked her work
Come up with subscription names and tiers that fit with theme of business
Highlight the benefits of working with Evelyn over other local florists
Illuminate the wedding-design process and design a form for prospective brides
Combine text and imagery in order to develop online business
How I helped: I worked closely with Evelyn’s graphic designer to create a site that was aesthetically-pleasing, clear and informative. I crafted all of the text on her website and named all arrangements and subscription plans. I helped title the wedding themes in a way that spoke directly to the Rose Hill brand.
